What will happen to my meal plans during public holidays or term breaks?

For end-of-term breaks, your meal plan will be automatically suspended at the end of the term and resumed at the start of the next term. 

For public holidays, you will be contacted via email to nominate a replacement date for your meal to be delivered.

Can i manage my meal plan (change meal choices, credit card details, skip a week etc)?

Yes! Just log in to your account (by clicking on the man icon, next to the search icon on the top right), follow the "Manage Subscription" link, to manage your orders. You will be able to make the following changes to your existing meal plan(s): 

* Update credit card details

* Skip a week

* Change your meal choices (please note that changes made after Sunday 11:59pm will apply the week after)

* Change your home address

How do I pay for your meal plans?

Our meal plans are automatically renewed weekly using the credit card details you provided during the initial subscription.

What is the cut off time for your meal plans?

Meal plans orders need to be placed by 11.59 pm the DAY BEFORE, to apply the following morning. The days selection will cycle weekly thereafter.

What food options do you have for dietary requirements?

Welcomeasy caters to most common allergies such as Wheat, Nuts and Shellfish. Please see our dietary option menus for healthy Gluten-Free, Nut free and Dairy free options.
