MENU

What food options do you have for dietary requirements?

Welcomeasy caters to most common allergies such as Wheat, Nuts and Shellfish. Please see our dietary option menus for healthy Gluten-Free, Nut free and Dairy free options. 

Portion sizes - why are they too little and too much for my child?

It’s always a challenge to accommodate portions for growing children with varying grades from K-6. We work with our nutritionist to recommend a regular meal size for children K-6 to be consumed in 10-15 minutes of their ‘eating’ breaks allowing them to also be active and socialise with their friends. Meal portions should be plentiful for most children with a complimentary serving of two types of seasonal fruit for children as a healthy dessert. To accommodate for those children who either loves the meal or are well-established eaters, a Large meal size is available for your convenience.

DELIVERIES

Can you do same day orders?

Our normal cut off time for next day deliveries is 11pm (e.g. 11pm Monday night cut off for Tuesday’s lunch orders). However, we accept Same Day Orders up to 9am in the morning, but only a reduced menu is available with a small surcharge.

What will happen to my recurring meals during public holidays or term breaks?

For end-of-term breaks, your recurring meals will be automatically suspended at the end of the term and resumed at the start of the next term. 

For public holidays, you will be contacted via email to nominate a replacement date for your meal to be delivered. 

ORDERING

How do I place an order?

1. From the menu bar, click E-Canteen.

2. Choose an item from the menu.

3. Fill in the mandatory details. If you would like the same order to automatically repeat each week, select Auto-Recurring weekly. Click ADD TO CART

4. The chosen Item has now been added to the cart! Click Continue Shopping to add another item to this order, or Check Out to finish and pay. 

5. After clicking Check Out, please login to your account (or create one if you haven't yet), and follow the prompts to confirm billing address and payment details.

Congratulations! You have now completed the order process. 

How do I pay for your recurring meals?

Our recurring meals are automatically renewed weekly using the credit card details you provided during the initial subscription. No further action is needed to renew. 

MAKING CHANGES

How do I make one-off changes to my meal order or recurring meals (e.g. changing meal choices, change delivery dates, cancel a meal)?

How do I make permanent changes to my recurring meals?

To make permanent changes to your meal choices, please fill in the Recurring Meal Order Change Form (found under FAQ) or link here:

To make permanent changes to your meal days, please cancel your current recurring order and create a new order for the new days.

How do I update my credit card details for Recurring Meals?

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Manage -> View/Update Card
  4. Click on the link Click Here to update Credit Card and enter new credit card details on the next screen. 
  5. Click UPDATE and done!
