1. From the menu bar, click Single Meal.

or

2. Select a food or drink item.

3. Fill in the mandatory details. If you would like the same order to automatically repeat each week, select Auto-repeat weekly. Click ADD TO CART. 

4. The chosen Item has now been added to the cart! Click Continue Shopping to add another item to this order, or Check Out to finish and pay. 

5. After clicking Check Out, please login to your account (or create one if you haven't yet), and follow the prompts to confirm billing address and payment details.

Congratulations! You have now completed the order process. 

Watch this video to see how this works. 

1. From the menu bar, select Meal Plan.

2. Choose a Meal Plan.

3. Fill in your child's details. For 3-day Meal Plans, please select the 3 days that you want meals to be delivered on. This is not required for 5-day Meal Plans. Click Select Choices. 

4. Choose the number of meals (using the - and +) and drinks if applicable. The counter on the top right corner indicates how many more choices are required.

5. Please fill in your contact details and credit card details on check out. 

6. Done! Your meal delivery will commence on the next chosen day. 

For end-of-term breaks, your meal plan will be automatically suspended at the end of the term and resumed at the start of the next term. 

For public holidays, you will be contacted via email to nominate a replacement date for your meal to be delivered. 

1. Login to your account. 

2. Click Manage Subscription

3. Click Manage -> View/Update Card

4. Click on the link Click Here to update Credit Card and enter new credit card details on the next screen. 

5. Click UPDATE and done! 

Please email us at ask@welcomeasy.com.au before 8:30am on the day of delivery, quoting order number, school and child name. 

We will unfortunately not be able to cancel meals after 8:30am after the meal preparation process begins.
